| TIMBERLINE: SURVIVAL FOLDER,
3 1/4" flat ground hunter style blade, integral aluminium bolster and frame, maroon
micarta scales, mirror finish, 440C, lock back. The scales can be removed with an
alan wrench revealling the following contents: Luminous compass, 12 ft. of leader, a royal coachman fly, 4 hooks, 2 split shot, 12 ft. of nylon twine and 6ft. of snare wire. For those of you who do not know. Timberline was initially was company formed by three custom knifemakes: Jim Hardenbrook, Bill Sanders and Vaughn Neely (he made the folder). The group broke up in the early 90's after Jim Hardenbrook died in a hunting accident. This is arguarbly the beginning of the tactical/survival type folders. |

and two allen wrenches to disassemble the knife. For those of you who do not know.
