| TERMS: Prepayment in U.S. funds for the amount of the sale in the form of a Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check (please note, personal checks take 4 business days to clear), Visa, Master Card or American Express. Send Money Orders etc. to: P.O.Box 1367 Evans, GA 30809. | RETURNS: Must be made within 5 days upon receipt of the knife. The knives must be insured and sent at the expense of the sender. Shipping charges will not be refunded either to the client or for the return. Please notify us of any returns before sending them. |
| ORDERS: Because of our position in the custom knife market, we can provide accelerated delivery times from many knifemakers. Design, cost, & delivery times will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. | PRICING: We always strive to provide you with knives at the knifemakers price without the "wait" of ordering directly from the maker. This is not always possible; however, over 95% of the prices shown on this site are the knifemakers price. |
| TRADE-INS: We will apply the full purchase price of most knives (excluding Emerson Knives) purchased from Robertson's Custom Cutlery, towards the purchase of a more expensive (at least $200 more) knife. The knife should be in mint condition.
